Some of the factors that lead to high incidence of rape in US have to do with the process of socialization. In US the society influence men to use power and force if necessary to get what they want and the same socialization process also influence men to use power and force as a legitimate reason for getting sex from women which lead to the causes of rape and high incidence of rape in US.

Most pedophile who engages in child sexual abuse also tends to engage in other sexual behavior such as exhibitionism, voyeurism, and sadism.
