Multiple sclerosis is a disease that affects the brain and the nervous system. The disease is caused by a condition where the body’s own immune system attacks the central nervous system affecting a person vision and voluntary movement. Voluntary muscle movements of the body is control by the brain and central nervous system and therefore nerve damage cause by multiple sclerosis affect muscle movement causing problems with moving arms, legs or walking. The disease also affects a person sexual function causing sexual problems with erections in men and women tend to experience vaginal dryness and lack of sexual desire.
