Paraphilias is when an individual engage in uncommon sexual practice for the purpose of achieving sexual satisfaction. This type of sexual behavior is more common among men than women and some of these activities include fetishism, transvestic fetishism in which most men perform alone and do not involve others. However, some men also engage in activities such as exhibitionism and voyeurism that involve unwilling or unaware participants that can cause harm to that particular individual.
